After my order has been shipped out, when should i expect delivery?
Ground shipping may take from 3 to 4 business days depending on where the shipment is going to from our warehouse.
Our main warehouse is located in California; however, depending on your location, we can utilize our other warehouses located on the East Coast area.
Weather ALWAYS is a factor in shipping delays.
How to charge the eGo CE5/CE6 battery?

You just screw the eGo battery with the USB charger, then plug it into the PC or AC-USB Adapter. 1. the first charge should be kept for 8 hours, even if the LED light turns green. 2. Use for 20 minutes., 3. Charge the battery for another 1 hour. Your eGo battery is ready for normal using now. The normal charging time should be kept for 3 hours( even if the LED light turns green).

How to fill e-liquid to the eGo CE5/CE6 cartomizer(clearomizer)?

 

Step 1: Take out the e-liquid bottle lid;
Step 2: Cut off the top of bottle;

Step 3: Unscrew the CE5 (or CE6) cartomizer tip from the CE5 (or CE6) cartomizer tube.

Step 4: Fill the e-liquid to the CE5 or (CE6) cartomizer.
Using an eliquid bottle or syringe, fill the CE5 (or CE6) cartomizer by inserting e-liquid down the side wall (Do not fill e-liquid in the center

hole, that is for air flow).

Step 5: Screw the eGo CE5 (or CE6) cartomizer tip back into the CE5 (or CE6) cartomizer tube(do not screw too tightly).

I tried to make a purchase, why was my card was declined?
Here are the two most common errors that we get:
a. The billing address did not match the billing information for the card. Please be sure to enter the billing information for that credit/debit card. You can enter a different shipping address.
b. Your credit/debit card has security features that may require you to call them to tell them that you are making this purchase.

I'm new to this, what do I need to get started?

First, you will need to purchase a starter kit. Our starter kits come with everything you will need to begin in terms of parts. After you figure out which model starter kit you wish to purchase, you will need eLiquid to fill your cartridges. All of our cartridges and cartomizers are refillable with eLiquid. We suggest purchasing 2-3 bottles of eLiquid in various flavors and strengths in order to find the one most suitable to your preference.

My credit/debit card was declined, why was my account debited?
First, you'll need to determine if the extra charge on your online credit card statement is a pending charge. A pending charge usually means that you submitted incomplete or inaccurate information when you submitted your order (declined transaction). Even if you received an error message for a declined order, your credit card company will still place a pending line item on your online statement. If you have determined that the extra charge is a pending charge, it will be cancelled by your bank in a few days. If it is not a pending charge, and has not been cancelled after a few days, please contact [email protected]
When can I expect my order to ship?

We usually ship all our orders the same day if placed by 10am P.S.T.

All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped out the next business day.

Occasionally there can be a slight delay of 2 days depending on our stock levels, especially with newly released products.

In general, we have a 95% same day shipping rate.

Please note that all orders placed on Friday will ship on Monday.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

We will update your order details with your tracking number as soon as we get it from the shipping company.
This tracking number can be found by logging back into your account, clicking the order status tab in the upper right corner and clicking the corresponding order number.
Take the tracking number provided and go to stamps.com to track your order. Your package may take a little time to begin tracking, so please be patient and try tracking again later if no information shows up the first time.

Is the 2 Day Priority Mail delivery day guaranteed?

Priority Mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. 

What's ePuffStore's return policy?

There are no returns allowed for USED VAPORIZER, ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE, TANK, ATOMIZER PRODUCTS.

Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition and are subject to 20% restocking fee. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. BEFORE returning product, email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization. We'll do our best to respond within 24 hours. ePuffStore inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.

Your obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc.

Defective Products
We encourage you to test your product within 2 days of receipt so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems.

Will I be receive order confirmation or shipping status ?

You will receive an email when you placed an order or your order ships containing your order's tracking information (if applicable) at the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive one, check your junk/spam folder. You are welcome to contact us if you need help tracking your order.
